The Barn

The car outside the studio Back in the day Patrick played in the band called Fable. "It's a descent way for a single guy to make money,"  Patrick says.  After playing in Fable for 10 years, that's when he met the woman who would become his wife. Eventually he and his girlfriend decided to get married and moved to Florida, Patrick had to give up the life with music that he loved so much. They bought a house in south Florida but it wasn't big enough for the family he was about to have. Finally after the fourth boy he decided that was enough kids.

With four kids Patrick needed a bigger house, so he moved to a little town in Florida called Sorrento. In Sorrento he built his family a log cabin with plenty of room for the kids and a barn for his car. "There wasn't a day that went by, I don't think, that I didn't totally miss the old band," Patrick said. " I talked back and fourth for a while with one of the guys from the old band about building a studio because he had built one in Jacksonville."

After his children grew to be musicians themselves, it was time for that old barn to become something new.  So Patrick decided to build a recording studio with one simple principle in mind, old school live recording with modern equipment. Even though we are a new studio, Mr. Paff is very knowledgeable when it comes to music. we can handle full bands, solo artists who have musicians, or we can provide musicians for you.  We don't handle the mastering process yet, but who knows.
